I’m planning on buying a phone off ebay. But recently, I lost my cellphone and lost the sim card with it.

How do you a prepaid visa card on ebay? Do you have to activiate it on another website first? Does it work on paypal? Also where can you buy prepaid visa cards?

I have a MasterCard gift card. But I bought it perilously to shop on EBay to buy a gift for a friends birthday. But of course EBay only takes PayPal! But I can’t seem to figure out how to get…
