Your Questions About Ebay Fr

Laura asks…
How to remove a FR%OMM002 Ebay restriction?
I’ve been dropshipping replicas(I haven’t claimed that they are authentic) from China and I now need to show proof of these purchases to Ebay. If I tell them that I’ve been dropshipping from China will there be a problem? Is this aloud?
Thanks

richermo answers:
The answer is simple. You can’t. There are certain companies that Ebay has “special” relationships with and they often review and pay close attention to those people selling the items in high quantities. If you are receiving merchandise from China (replicas) even though your purchase is not illegal, it is a violation of Ebay’s policy to sell fraud or counterfeit items. A fake 1 dollar bill may look the same as a real 1 dollar bill but that doesn’t make it alright to spend the fake one. Keep this in mind, they’ve closed a few of my accounts because of this and since there’s no governing body to appeal this to other than Ebay, you will probably end up losing the account. Don’t forget that Ebay also owns Paypal and if they are reviewing your account, you can bet your bottom dollar they will make some changes on your Paypal account also and possibly freeze it too. If you’re going to be doing this type of business and you rely on Ebay to sell your products then you will need to get your mind prepped to become a quick change artist. You may even want to get a few accounts setup for the inevitable. Ebay can link emails names addresses and even IP addresses and what you must now learn is how to create a new identity using the same information. Your name will not change, but your address your banking institution your email address and your IP address must change in order to get back in the game and start selling. Once you setup your new “same” identity, you must learn how to sell these products under the radar. Once I sold 50 of the same product in 2 days, I was restricted 3 days later even though my customers got their product and my feedback was 100%. What does this mean? It means that you’re going to have to spread your items out and move them slowly through Ebay. You will need to get a variety of items, including some that are not in high demand. When you throw a product on Ebay in a pool where thousands of others are putting the exact same item, you’re going to draw attention to your entire account and everything you’re selling. There’s no person sitting at a computer watching everyone, just high powered high tech computers monitoring every single post and transaction, looking for anomalies and patterns that could be possible fraud patterns. You must counteract these machines and make yourself look more like a random person. Throw in other items for sale that you could care less about. Throw old clothes and crap you have around the house out there. Mix in the credible with your money making items. Don’t think for a minute that Ebay doesn’t recognize the items that could be counterfeit such as headphones, shoes, clothes, sunglasses, dvds and other stuff that the Chinese can reproduce so well. Ebay is a billion dollar business and they are not about to get sued or get into a situation with these companies over allowing fraud or fake products to be distributed freely through their website. It’s big business and you’ve got to operate like a mouse, very quietly and discreet. Any other way and you’ll be caught in the mouse trap called Ebay Restriction. And P.S. Your account is done so don’t dwell on it anymore. It’s easy to change over information. Get a P.O Box outside of your zipcode, maybe across town somewhere. Then open another bank account and use that po box address for that account and for that debit card. Then sign up for paypal and once your account is active, sign up for ebay, use a new email address and change your IP, call your provider to find out how to do this if you don’t already know. Once you sign up on Ebay, buy some stuff, small stuff. You can do all this in 3-5 days and your account will be good to go.

Help! Do you know French? On ebay.fr can you search for casual/day dresses?
On the American eBay, you can filter the women’s dresses to just see casual or “day” dresses. Does that option exist on ebay.fr? If so, what’s it called? I don’t speak French.

richermo answers:
Hello! Thanks for your question!
“robes jour” literally means “day dress”, they have some nice day dresses.
Or just searching “robe” will come up with pages of options as well.
Happy shopping!
