I am a full time mom and I want to earn while staying at home. I want to use ebay for that matter but I don’t know how to use it or where and how to start a business in ebay. What I need is an advice.

Have you thought this out? Most people think that you just open a Ebay acct & you automatically get money!! Sorry it doesn’t work that way. You have to sell something to make money on ebay.

I cant register because they were asking for a 10 digit telephone number, my phone number is only 7 digits and I have no cellphone.
