How to promote my sports items on EBay Malaysia in Thailand?
I’m planning to start a distribution channel in Thailand for my tennis, badminton and squash equipment. My prices on EBay Malaysia are lower than prices in Thailand.
So far, I’m finding difficulty in promoting there because of a lack of a Thai EBay website and that most websites are in Thai!

Is it safe to sell items on Ebay to people in Malaysia?
I just sold a phone on Ebay to an international bidder from Malaysia. He has only one positive feedback and his address is unconfirmed on Paypal considering it cannot be confirmed in most international countries. Still I have contacted the buyer via Ebay messages and he has confirmed the address that I may be sending it out to and has also paid via Paypal.
Is it safe sending it to this buyer? And if so, should I pay for additional services (eg. Registered Mail, etc.) if mailing by USPS?

I think tht it is safe to send the item to the buyer.
