Whats the cheapest you ever bought a car at an auction?
Whether it be a public, ebay, dealer, or any other auction? What type of car was it?

My friends mom a few years ago bought a almost brand new mercedes benz S600 (had like 5,000 miles on it) for $25,000 from a public police auction back when it was worth a whopping $125,000 new from the dealer. Talk about a savings!!!!

If a eBay car needs a deposit on it?
I want to buy this car off of eBay motors and it needs a $500 deposit 24 hours before the auctions closes and it is a best offer auction. If I win the auction do I have to pay the dealers full price or do I have to pay the offer I put on it? If so does the dealer have to take my offer no matter what?

If its a no reserve auction you pay $500 deposit and the rest whenever. The car will be sold to the highest bidder.
If it has a reserve above your price, theres no deal and thus no deposit is required.
