I won an auction and sent a request for the price of shipping. I sent another request the next day. Another request 5 days later. 9 days after the auction I pay for the item thinking I might trigger some sort of process being that the item is from a “power seller.”

11 days have gone by. The user is completely awol.

Am I screwed?? How long would you wait to report him?
