what can i do about receiving wrong items i ordered. they false advertised?

i ordered these tattoo guns and power supply from this website lightinthebox and they sent me total knock offs what the items they had posted, pay pal told me they couldnt do anything becuz i got it from a website , not ebay. i called the credit card company they said since its been paid for and delivered they cant do anything. and that i had to deal with the website. they offered me 13 dollars back from 180.

Lesson learned? If you can’t first hold it in your hands and examine it, DON’T BUY IT.

If I had a nickel for every time someone whinged “false advertising” I’d be rich.
You need to call your credit card back and talk to a customer service rep who knows what he/she is talking about. Of course you can dispute the charge. At the most you will have to pay to ship them back to the company.
