Storage Auction Finds-Mr Retro Comes To The Hood
Yo! Here is my take on the “good neighborhood “syndrome, one of the better storage auction unit pairs I ever got was smack dab in the middle of the hood. Not the friendly hood, but the pop at night time, better get your ass away from here boy hood! I used to live in the West End before gentrification took root, in a word it was rough and guess what is on 5 minutes from Peters Street! whats up Glendon007. I have been thinking about trying this out for a few months now i just got 1 question, when u buy a unit at auction i know some give you a certain amount of time to clear it out. so im guessing it would be wise to have a storage unit or somthing of your own, or do you make payments on the unit you bought?

@eduardomachadostudio – there is no such thing, I have bought units from $1 up to 5K, there are many factors involved in unit price, with who is at the auction being the biggest one!

@HOWUDOIN911 – LOL it is TV, I will hold off on commenting until I see the show, you never know. From what I hear their may be as many as 4 shows on, but we will see. I mean the little guy on stilts , that was so kind of crazy on a normal day. On a crowed auction he would have gotten knocked on his little ass!
Hey Glendon, I agree with you on your comment about the “entertainment value” of the new storage locker shows on TV. What do you think about Storage Wars coming out in Dec? I mean really…. one buyer hires a midget to help him. Then he outfits shorty with a pair of stilts and some nightvision goggles? Then they buy a car that nobody else could see? That is Entertainment!!!
