WrestleCrap’s Blade Braxton Sells His Stadium Events Nintendo Game On eBay (Game is now sold)

By admin on February 25, 2011

Auction

Auction has now ended, with the game selling for $9400.00 cgi.ebay.com This is a video showing me, Blade Braxton from www.wrestlecrap.com and my rare North American 1987 Bandai Stadium Events NTSC game complete in box with instructions. This game made headlines two weeks ago when a lady sold hers for over $13000. I’m starting my auction at a fraction of that price. The game is still making news, as a new and sealed copy sold this week for over $40000. It’s said that there are less than thirteen of these games known to exist with the box and instructions. Speaking of making news, one special note about my version…I was asked by a leading sports magazine to provide some pictures of my game for an upcoming story on it, so the winning bidder will potentially get to see his game in a nationwide publication soon! Overall, I’d say the game’s condition is 6.5 Still looks nice, glossy and would be THE showpiece in someone’s Nintendo collection. Bid with confidence from Blade Braxton, author/wrestler and a longtime member of the internet entertainment community. A lot of fakes, repros, scams and fraud versions of this game have popped up on eBay recently. Please, do your homework before bidding and check out the front page of www.nintendoage.com to see the difference between the rare North American NTSC version I have for sale and the common foreign PAL version some eBayers are trying to pass off as the real thing. Don’t be fooled. Thanks for looking, and please address any

@BladeBraxton which special floor mat controller, just a regular powerpad?

  2. Flipolopolis says:

I don’t even know why anybody would want to sell that. It’s one of the rarest games in the world, let’s take care of it. There are only like what was it? 15 Studium Events games created? Keep it dude, it’s worth it.

Hey Blade, I told you about Nintendolife dotcom doing a story about this didn’t I? I think I told you on Twitter when it happened. When I told them the circumstances surrounding it (the bills you had due to your mom passing, sorry about that again) like you told us on Wrestlecrap Radio and they all were glad that it worked out like it did.

Yo man, it is very possible that the game was purchased from “The Wherehouse”. They would open the games, keep the cartridge behind the counter and display the box on the shelf. To purchase a game you had to take the empty box to the counter where the clerk would retreive the game put it in the box and STAPLE THE RECEIPT to the box.

  21. RowanDT says:

Is this going to be next week’s Someone Bought This?

    I kid, congratulations.

  22. Timeticker says:

It baffled me that the PAL-version of the game sold for that much money; the PAL-version isn’t all that rare. On the other hand, the NTSC-version is.

Good that you let possible buyers into this; since a PAL-version went for a few thousend dollars, eBay has gone mad with all sorts of sellers putting their PAL-version on for sale.

  23. BladeBraxton says:

I saw one sell for $200 recently.

  24. BladeBraxton says:
