How do I put my MasterCard gift card into PayPal to shop on EBay?

I have a MasterCard gift card. But I bought it perilously to shop on EBay to buy a gift for a friends birthday. But of course EBay only takes PayPal! But I can’t seem to figure out how to get my card into PayPal or shop on EBay with it. Their has to be a possible way. Can someone please help me?
